It doesn't contain adjustable components silver. That makes it is different OTTO-150, OTTO-160.

BINDER FOR SOLID BASECOAT

INTRODUCING: PRODUCT:	This is 2K paints refinish for Solid Color (excluding Metallic, Pearl, Xirallic) fast drying, with characteristic perfect cover. 2K mixing color system can mix all the color of vehicle zin from a base color ranges accurately 2K can be used for all forms of painting cars and full-color formula from manufacturers leading car. 2K Auto Refinish will achieve cover with fewer costs than other same level paints. So, it is very significant for saving on time and costs. Safety Data Sheet has to refer to TDS 2K Clear. The main ingredient is Acrylic denaturation.
SUITABLE SURFACE:	The good paint is painted the primer and filled surface. Recommended using 2K Otto Refinish Primers.
VOLUME MIXING RATIO:	Solid basecoat : Thinner 2K 1 part : 0.8 – 1 part
SPRAYING VISCOSITY:	DIN cup BSB4 at 16 – 18 seconds.
SPRAYING EQUIPMENT:	Gun Nozzle 1.3 – 1.5 mm Spray Pressure 40 – 45 psi (3.8 – 3.2 bars)
SPRAYING TECHNIQUE:	Spray 1 single coat and then spray 1 couple coats. Flash off 3 to 5 minutes between coats. Before apply 2K Clear, leaving 10 – 20 minutes until all the films dry. *Remark:* Remove all traces of sanding dust out the surrounding areas, Wipe dry with a clean cloth before applying 2K Clear.
COVERAGE:	About 6-8m^{2/ 1L}
PERSONAL PROTECTION:	Eye And Skin Protection : Safety glasses, uniform, apron, glove (neoprene or nitril rubber are recommended) Respiratory Protection : Not required if adequate ventilation exist. If the airborne concerrntration exceeds exposure limit, use adequate respiratory protection such as approved artridge respirator for organic vapour. ( gas only) Consult Safety Data Sheet OTTO Refinish prior to use.
INHALATION:	Remove the victim to fresh air area. If rapid recovery does not occur, perform artificial respiration and obtain medical attention.
INGESTION:	If the patient conscious, give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. If rapid recovery does not occur, obtain medical attention.
SKIN CONTACT:	Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin immediately with plenty of water and soap. If persistent irritation occurs, obtain medical attention.
EYE CONTACT:	Immediately flush the eye with running water for at least 15 minutes. If persistent irritation occurs, obtain medical attention.
